Technology sucks
Well, I’m back again after what has been a nightmare of a week. Last weekend we had a catastrophic system failure on our server and had to do a complete reimage and restore of all of our data. This affected not only Khomodo, but all of our clients as well. If you can imagine your most frustrating moment at a computer terminal, compound that by 1000 and you’ll get the idea of what we dealt with this week.
Through an extreme database misshap, the only thing of any value that was lost for good happened to be this website. I lost every post I’d ever written. All in all, around 250. It’s funny how I lose my entire website right as I pass the one year mark for actually having it.
Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know I’m back.
Hopefully this will go through . . . I’m one of your clients who still cannot access my e-mails. Can you help me?
This doesn’t work well because I’m not able to back out of it.
Most sites have a point of contact where you can email the webmaster with ideas or private thoughts.
Why is there not a contact point on this weblog?
